The furnishing and decor of this light, bright venue overlooking the race track can be tailored to your event whether it´s corporate entertainment, a conference, a birthday or a wedding. Furniture hire is available according to need. Our catering partner provides unique gastronomic experiences with local organic ingredients.
About the venue
The Paddock Club, 480 m2 + large terrace.
A large entrance foyer leads to exhibition space with large windows that open to admit vehicles and equipment. Our catering area comfortably accommodates approx. 100 guests. For larger groups, a separate additional water & sewer and cleaning service is added to the paddock hire. A catering kitchen adjoins the dining room and the entire venue can accommodate 250 guests for a sit-down meal (further capacity increases are available through tents). The venue can be provided unfurnished or furnished. The foyer has a separate cloakroom and bathrooms, including a disabled wc. Turn-key solutions with all relevant services can be provided.
Rental agreement, cancellations
Agreed dates for the event cannot be cancelled with short notice. The 100% rental and other services fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of an event less than 180 days prior requires a payment of 70% of all fees; cancellation of an event less than 120 days prior requires full payment of all fees.
In the case of force majeure, GotlandRing can provide alternative dates within the calendar year of the made booking.
